Law professor selling 6BD in Richmond Heights

Isaak I. Dore and Caroline D. Toft have listed for sale a six-bedroom, four-bath home at 29 Lake Forest Dr. in Richmond Heights for $1.095 million.

Dore and Toft paid $999,999 for the property in Nov. 2007. The 4,653-square-foot house in the Richmond Heights North neighborhood was built in 1938. Sabrina Robb of Dielmann Sotheby's International Realty is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Dore is a professor of law at the St. Louis University School of Law. He previously served as a human rights officer and as a special consultant to the United Nations Division of Human Rights.

He obtained his LL.M. and J.S.D. from Yale University and completed his LL.B. and LL.M at the University of Zambia School of Law. He also received an honorary doctorate from the University of Orleans in France.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 142 home sales in Richmond Heights in 2008, with a median sales price of $170,000.
