The Neunreiters acquired the house for $390,500 in Sept. 2002. The 2,331-square-foot house in the North of 255 neighborhood was built in 1983. Tina Niemann of Prudential Alliance is the listing agent for the house.

Mr. Neunreiter is the owner of Carleton B. Fox Co., a civil engineering company.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 93 sales in Sunset Hills during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $275,000.
