Michael and Laurie Crews have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 218 Lansbrooke Dr. in Chesterfield for $439,000.

The 2,784-square-foot house was built in 1994. Barry and Diane Upchurch of Barry Upchurch Realty are the listing agents for the property.

Mr. Crews is the executive vice president and chief financial officer for Peabody Energy Corp., the world's largest private-sector coal company. He joined the company as senior manager of financial reporting in 1998 and has since held several financial and commercial positions with the company. Prior to joining Peabody, he handled various key financial positions with MEMC Electronic Materials and he worked at KPMG Peat Marwick for six years.

He earned his bachelor's in accountancy from the University of Missouri and his M.B.A. from Washington University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 506 home sales in Chesterfield during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $304,950.
