Courtney and Andrew Gregory bought a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 2409 Fairoyal Dr. in Des Peres from Round Tower LLC for $372,000 on Sept. 16.

The 2,768-square-foot home in the Dougherty Oaks subdivision was built in 1982.

Mrs. Gregory works as an associate at the law firm of Simmons Browder Gianaris Angelides & Barnerd LLC. She specializes in representing victims of mesothelioma and other asbestos-related diseases.

She received her B.S. in finance and management as well as her certificate in service leadership from St. Louis University. She earned her J.D. with a certificate in health law from the St. Louis University School of Law.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 91 home sales in Des Peres during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $352,045.
