Julie and Herbert Half sold a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 546 Sheffield Ave. in Webster Groves to Daniel and Ashleigh Keys for $630,000 on Sept. 16.

The Halfs paid $255,000 for the property in Aug. 1999. The 3,029-square-feet home in the Webster Groves Central neighborhood was built in 1949.

Ms. Half has worked as a director of sales at TravelCLICK, a travel Web site.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 357 home sales in Webster Groves during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $188,250.
