David and Annalisa Renovitch sold a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 3000 Westwood Court in Wildwood to Living Pipes Trust for $375,000 on Sept. 16.
The Renovitchs paid $500,000 for the property in March 2005. The 3,085-square-foot home in the Wildwood Southwest neighborhood was built in 1977.
Mr. Renovitch has worked as an attorney at the law firm Sauerwein, Simon and Blanchard P.C.
Mrs. Renovitch has been an independent consultant and facilitator in the St. Louis area.
She attended Trinity International University.
The Renovitches are also the owners of Wildflower Stables, a private horse stable in Monticello, Wisc.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 419 home sales in Wildwood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $315,000.
