Brandon and Wendy Boss sold a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 17715 Birch Leaf Court in Wildwood to Prudential Relocation Inc. for $497,500 on Sept. 17.

The Bosses paid $515,500 for the property in Dec. 2004. The 3,073-square-foot home in the Wildwood Northeast neighborhood was built in 1991.

Mr. Boss has served as an assistant general counsel at Pfizer. Previously, he worked as an associate at the law firm of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP and he was a trademark examining attorney at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

He earned his B.A. in psychology from the University of Nebraska, his master's degree in biotechnology from John Hopkins University and his law degree from Tulane Law School.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 419 home sales in Wildwood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $315,000.
