Schnucks exec sells 4BD in St. Louis

Mark and Beth Blethroad sold a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 1973 Pickfair Dr. in Unincorporated St. Louis to Brian M. Padem for $250,000 on Sept. 17.

The 1,950-square-foot house was built in 1967.

Mr. Blethroad has been the director of sales promotion at Schnucks, a grocery store founded in 1939. He has been the vice chairman of the fundraising division at the Christmas in St. Louis Foundation.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 324 home sales in Unincorporated St. Louis during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $172,250.
