Don M. Crary and his wife, Jill, bought a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 2 Stoneyside Lane in Olivette from Richard Lawrence and Catherine A. Allen for $260,000 on Sept. 18.

The Allens paid $225,000 for the property in March 2005. The 2,108-square-foot house in the Olivette South neighborhood was built in 1957.

Mr. Crary has been an assistant director at the International Order of St. Luke the Physician, an ecumenical organization. He is a retired pastor.

Mrs. Crary is a retired elementary school teacher.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 112 home sales in Olivette in 2008, with a median sales price of $225,000.
