Mr. McKaskel is a lawyer in Manchester.

He has a B.A. from Millsaps College and a J.D. from the University of Mississippi.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 322 sales in Unincorporated Winchester in 2008, with a median sales price of $213,875.
