Safeco claims unit manger sells in Wildwood

Marty and Nancy Hafer sold a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 16143 Copper Lantern Dr. in Wildwood to Christopher and Kelly Fendya for $370,000 on Sept. 16.
The Hafers acquired the house for $399,900 in July 2004. The 3,178-square-foot house in the Wildwood Southeast neighborhood was built in 2004.
Mr. Hafer serves as a claims unit manager at Safeco.
She attended Washington State University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 419 sales in Wildwood during the 12 months, with a median sales price of $315,000
