Defense company finance manager buys in Manchester

Megan E. Daus and her husband, Matthew, bought a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 1714 Derrynane Dr. in Manchester from Patricia and James Laws for $340,000 on Sept. 21.
The 2,580-square-foot house in the Manchester East neighborhood was built in 1984.
Mrs. Daus has been a finance manager and planning and reporting analyst at Alliant Techsystems Inc., an aerospace and defense company based in Arizona.
