Investment firm owner selling Webster Groves 5BD

Steven A. Bumbera has listed for sale a five-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 458 Lee Ave. in Webster Groves for $525,000.
Bumbera paid $294,000 for the property in May 2000. The 3,247-square-foot home in the Webster Groves North neighborhood was built in 1912. Leslie Owens of Prudential Advantage Realtors is the agent for the listing.
Bumbera is a registered securities principal and the owner of Webster Investment Group Inc., a St. Louis-based independent investment firm. He most recently served as a branch office manager at the financial services firm Edward Jones. Prior to that, he was owner of BA Engineering, BA Inventing and Divine Cigar and he was a project manager and mechanical engineer at Monroe Engineering.
He has an A.S. degree in mechanical design from Porter and Chester Institute and an A.S. degree in manufacturing engineering from Waterbury State Technical Institute. He earned his B.S.M.E. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an M.B.A. from Lindenwood University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there were 357 sales in Webster Groves in 2008, with a median sales price of $188,250.
