Webster University board member lists 3BD

Richard A. Liddy and his wife, Joanne, have listed for sale a three-bedroom, four-bath home at 2265 Croydon Walk in Crystal Lake Park for $819,000.

The Liddys paid $715,000 for the property in July 2000. The 3,024-square-foot house in the Crystal Lake Park North neighborhood was built in 1987. Aurora Lane of Janet Mcafee Real Estate is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Liddy serves as an advisory board member at the Webster University College of Arts and Sciences. He is a retired chairman of GenAmerica Financial Corp., where he served as president, chief executive officer and chief operating officer.

He graduated with bachelor's degree in general science from Iowa State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 11 home sales in Crystal Lake Park in 2008, with a median sales price of $225,500.
