Fitness manager lists 4BD in Chesterfield

Lori Manse and husband, Alex, have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 802 White Road in Chesterfield for $639,000.

The Manses bought the property for $521,489 in Sept. 2004. The 3,533-square-foot house in the White House Farm subdivision was built in 2004. Nancy Tabaka of Coldwell Banker Gundaker is the listing agent.

Mrs. Manse is a group fitness manager at Wellbridge Athletic Club & Spa in St. Louis.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 495 home sales in Chesterfield in 2008, with a median sales of $301,500.
