Sanford account manager lists Sunset Hills 4BD

Kim M. Hoeynck and husband, Thomas, have listed for sale a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 12655 Rott Road in Sunset Hills for $599,900.

The Hoeyncks bought the property for $506,500 in Oct. 2004. The 2,788-square-foot house in the North of 255 neighborhood was built in 1997. John Hartman of Realty Executives of St. Louis is the listing agent for the home.

Mrs. Hoeynck has been a key account manager for Sanford, a manufacturer of writing instruments. She has been with the company for 15 years.

She earned a bachelor's degree in communications from Missouri State University in 1981.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 96 home sales in Sunset Hills in 2008, with a median sales price of $284,500.
