Power systems company manager buys 4BD in Fenton

Jason W. Minx and his wife, Lori, bought a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 1016 Brander Mill Court in Unincorporated Fenton from Eric and Patricia Brown for $265,000 on Oct. 2.

The 2,203-square-foot house in the Villages of Remington Oaks subdivision was built in 1988. It was listed for as high as $285,000.

Mr. Minx is a branch manager at Palmer Johnson Power Systems, a company that specializes in servicing and supplying components for heavy-duty, off highway transmissions and axles.

He graduated from Lindenwood University in 1997 with a B.A. in business administration. He earned his M.B.A. from Webster University in 2007.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 182 home sales in Unincorporated Fenton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $175,000.
