Enda Flynn and wife, Lisa, bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 7146 Wydown Blvd. in Clayton from Lisa Napolitano and Stephen R. Holten for $1.332 million on Oct. 5.

Napolitano and Holten bought the property for $825,000 in April 2002. The 4,348-square-foot house in the East of Hanley Road neighborhood was built in 1927.

Mr. Flynn is a telecommunications consultant and regional partner at BusinessEdge Solutions in St. Louis. He was executive director of product management at AT&T and an executive director of business development and alliance management at SBC.

He attended the University College Dublin in Ireland and the Washington University Olin School of Business.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 182 home sales in Clayton in 2008, with a median sales price of $465,000
