Intellectual property lawyer settles in Crestwood 3BD

William R. Everding brought a three-bedroom, one-bath home at 7807 Oakwyck Dr. in Crestwood from Helen and Francis Carey for $295,000 on Oct. 6.

The 2,463-square-foot house in the Oakwyck Estates subdivision was built in 1969.

Everding is an associate at the law firm Senniger Powers LLP. He focuses his practice in all areas of intellectual property law, primarily in the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patents.

He earned his B.S. in civil engineering from the University of Dayton in 2005 and his J.D. from John Marshall Law School in 2008.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 248 home sales in Crestwood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $176,000.
