Dr. Snehal Gandhi and his wife, Wendy, bought a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 256 Greycliff Bluff Dr. in Oakville CDP from David and Linda Seitzer for $507,500 on Oct. 6.

The 4,120-square-foot house in the East of Telegraph Rd. neighborhood was built in 2005.

Dr. Gandhi is an internist at Esse Health, which he joined in May 2009. He is also affiliated with Barnes Jewish Hospital and St. Mary's Health Center. Prior to joining Esse Health, he was with Family Care Center in St. Louis for a decade.

He received his M.D. from Kasturba Medical College in India in 1991 and completed his residency at Deaconess Hospital.

Mr. Seitzer currently serves as the president of Alpha Retirement Concepts Inc. and is the founder of Project Veteran Aid, a public service agency which assists veterans and their families with their claim to benefits. He has been a health insurance agent since 1997, focusing on the needs of seniors. Earlier, he served in the United States Army Signal Corp.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 618 home sales in Oakville CDP during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $214,000.
