Software company sales consultant sells in Wildwood

Michael P. Scahill and his wife, Carol, sold a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 17728 Birch Leaf Court in Wildwood to Young Chen and Yanfei Wang for $445,000 on Oct. 7.

The 3,066-square-foot house in the Wildhorse subdivision was built in 1990.

Mr. Scahill works as a senior sales consultant at CMS Software, a management software solutions provider.

He attended the University of Missouri-Columbia College of Business.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 706 home sales in Wildwood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $355,000.
