Accounting firm principal dishes Kirkwood 3BD

Jason Duffner and his wife, Nicole, sold a three-bedroom, 1.5-bath home at 1024 Bernice Ave. in Kirkwood to Amy and Josh Kell for $370,000 on Oct. 8.

The Duffners paid $345,000 for the property in Oct. 2004. The 1,882-square-foot house in the Fleming subdivision was built in 1941.

Mr. Duffner is a principal at LarsonAllen LLP, an accounting, assurance, audit and tax services firm. Prior to joining LarsonAllen, he held executive roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and at Arthur Andersen.

He received his B.S.B.A. in accounting from St. Louis University in 1996.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 754 home sales in Kirkwood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $200,000.
