Lori A. Knudson and her husband, Brett, bought a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 2053 Kehrsboro Dr. in Clarkson Valley from Nancy M. Cullen for $545,000 on Oct. 8.

Cullen paid $475,000 for the property in Feb. 2005. The 3,136-square-foot house in the Kehrs Mill Estates subdivision was built in 1986.

Ms. Knudson is a member of the corporate, securities and mergers and acquisitions practice group at Thompson Coburn LLP. She joined the law firm in 2006.

She received her B.A. in economics and in political science from the University of Rochester and her J.D. from the St. Louis University School of Law in 2006.

Mr. Knudson works as a sales representative at Eli Lilly and Co., a global pharmaceutical company.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 50 home sales in Clarkson Valley during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $607,000.
