Track and field director sells 3BD in Kirkwood

Keith L. Ohlms and his wife, Kelly, sold a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 1226 Wilton Lane in Kirkwood to David and Lisa Michelson for $417,500 on Oct. 9.

The 2,088-square-foot house in the Kirkwood Southwest neighborhood was built in 1956.

Mr. Ohlms serves as the track and field director at the St. Peter Athletic Association in Kirkwood.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 464 home sales in Kirkwood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $189,000.
