Mark Miselnicky and his wife, Kim, have listed for sale a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 9865 Countryshire Place in Creve Coeur for $515,000.

The Miselnickys bought the property for $495,000 in Jan. 2004. The 2,185-square-foot house in the Creve Coeur East neighborhood was built in 1967. Kevin D. Kreikemeier of Kreikemeier Real Estate is the listing agent.

Mr. Miselnicky is a senior creative director at Group360, an advertising agency headquartered in St. Louis. He was a creative director at Miselnicky Creative and a senior creative director and vice president at Zipatoni.

He earned an associate's degree in communication arts from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 209 home sales in Creve Coeur during the past 12 months, with a median sales prices of $278,300.
