Jason and Amy Pollock bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 479 Whitree Lane in Chesterfield from Betty J. Dudley and Christine S. Blair for $303,000 on Sept. 28.

The 2,973-square-foot house in the North of 64 neighborhood was built in 1979.

Mr. Pollock has been the senior producer and director of Charter Media since 2005. Prior to that, he worked as a Mac specialist at Apple, as a freelance editor and as a graphic artist.

He holds a B.A. in communications from Bradley University and he attended the web development program from Webster University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 491 home sales in Chesterfield during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $300,500.
