Jeffrey and Robin Schutte sold a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 6834 Waterman Ave. in University City to Patrick and Stacey Fitzgerald for $510,000 on Sept. 29.

The Schuttes paid $395,900 for the property in June 2001. The 2,468-square-foot house was built in 1920 in the University City South neighborhood.

Mr. Schutte has been an Internet marketing manager at Payless ShoeSource. Before that, he served as the manager of e-commerce channel strategy at Embarq and he worked with Adams-Gabbert & Associates and Perfect Commerce.

He attended the University of Kansas and the University of Nebraska.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 631 home sales in University City during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $139,000.
