Gary and Mary Kane sold a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 1859 Oxborough Court in Chesterfield to Robert and Mollie Gulino for $415,000 on Sept. 29.

The Kanes paid $419,900 for the property in July 2003. The 2,983-square-foot house in the South of 64 neighborhood was built in 1976.

Mr. Kane serves as the senior vice president of group purchasing at Resource Optimization & Innovation. Previously, he served as the executive director of the firm's group purchasing division. Before joining ROi, he held management positions with AmeriNet and Sherwood Davis & Geck.

He holds a B.S.B.A. from Southeast Missouri State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 491 home sales in Chesterfield during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $300,500.
