Louis and Jean Vitucci have listed for sale a three-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 14142 Woods Mill Cove Dr. in Chesterfield for $500,000.

The Vituccis paid $380,000 for the property in Sept. 2005. The 3,263-square-foot house in the South of 64 neighborhood was built in 1989. Bob Brand of Coldwell Banker Gundaker is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Vitucci has been the district sale manager at the Lincoln Electric Co., a leader in the design, development and manufacturing of arc welding products, robotic welding systems, plasma and oxyfuel cutting equipment.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 491 home sales in Chesterfield during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $300,500.
