Richard D. Offenbacher and his wife, Linda, sold a five-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 2539 Valley Oaks Estates Dr. in Wildwood to Karine and Albert Bruggeman for $576,000 on Oct. 9.

The Offenbachers paid $525,000 for the property in Sept. 2003. The 3,937-square-foot house in the Valley Oaks Estates subdivision was built in 1997.

Mr. Offenbacher serves as the senior vice president of sales and marketing as well as the director of Graybar Electric Co. He joined the company in 1968. Previously, he served as the company's senior vice president of communications and data business.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 706 homes sales in Wildwod during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $355,000.
