Kevin and Linda Mowbray bought a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 30 Dunleith Dr. in Ladue from Mary F. Shuff for $770,000 on Sept. 30.
The 4,107-square-foot home in the Ladue South neighborhood was built in 1973.
Mr. Mowbray works as a vice president at Lee Enterprises, a provider of local news and the publisher of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. He also handles the operations of STLtoday.com. He previously worked as an advertising manager at the Lincoln Journal Star, a general manager at the Missoulian, the publisher at The Bismarck Tribune and the publisher of The Times.
He received his journalism degree from Western Illinois University.
The Mowbrays sold a five-bedroom home in Frontenac for $1.29M on Oct. 1.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 132 home sales in Ladue during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $515,000.
