Dr. Christian A. Prada bought a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 842 N. New Ballas Court in Creve Coeur from City Place Condo LLC for $285,000 on Sept. 30.

The 1,734-square-foot Unit #101 is part of the City Place development, which was built in 2005 in the Creve Coeur East neighborhood. The building houses 22 units.

Dr. Prada is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon and the vice president of the St. Louis Area of Plastic Surgeons. He has served as an assistant professor at St. Louis University Hospital.

He received his bachelor's degree from Cornell University and his medical degree from the State University of New York Health Sciences Center. He completed his residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center and his fellowship at the St. Louis University Health Sciences Center Division of Plastic Surgery.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 71 condo sales in Creve Coeur during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $138,000.
