Richard and Christina Pettibone bought a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 17630 Vintage Oak Dr. in Wildwood from Tim and Robyn Ward for $399,000 on Sept. 30.
The Wards paid $487,000 for the property in July 2006. The 2,920-square-foot home was built in 1999 in the Wildwood Northeast neighborhood.
Pettibone has served as the vice president of engineering and operations support at MetoKote Corp., a company which provides protective coating application services.
He was also the vice president of engineering at Spectrum Brands, the director of design engineering at Maytag Corp., the vice president of product development at NACCO Materials Handling Group, the corporate director of engineering and quality assurance at Clark Material Handling Co. and the director of engineering at BMY Division of Harsco Corp.
He attended Washington State University, where he completed his B.S. in agricultural engineering. He also attended the Washington University Olin Business School.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 450 home sales in Wildwood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $312,000.
