Amy E. Teepe and her husband, Jason, sold a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 2028 Fairway Bend in Chesterfield to Jeffrey and Jessica Twyman for $322,500 on Oct. 14.

The Teepes paid $342,500 for the property in June 2006. The 2,378-square-foot house in the South of 64 neighborhood was built in 1984.

Mrs. Teepe is an interior designer who serves as a sales manager at McBride and Son Homes Inc., a homebuilder in St. Louis. She was the owner of My New Best Friend and served as a designer at St. Louis Closet Co.

She earned her interior design degree at Central Missouri State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 499 home sales in Chesterfield during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $300,500.
