Radiologist sells 5BD in Des Peres

Dr. Lawrence D. Dalan sold a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 1712 Dunmorr Dr. in Des Peres to Alan L. Dothage for $505,000 on Oct. 12.

The 4,025-square-foot house in the Berkley Manor subdivision was built in 1965.

Dr. Dalan is a radiologist with West County Radiological Group in St. Louis.

He finished medical school at the University of Washington. He completed his residency in diagnostic radiology at Fairview University Medical Center and in internal medicine at the University of Washington Medical Center.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 89 home sales in Des Peres during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $352,045.
