HR exec lists University City 3BD

Denise S. Starcher has listed for sale a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 7051 Stanford Ave. in University City for $374,900.

Starcher paid $355,000 for the property in June 2008. The 2,192-square-foot home in the University City Central neighborhood was built in 1940. Barbara Wulfing of Janet McAfee is the agent for the listing.

Starcher is the director of human resources for the Latin America operations of Emerson Network Power, a St. Louis-based technology company. She most recently served as the company's corporate manager of employee relations. Prior to joining Emerson, she was director of human resources at Prenova, Utilipro, and ManorCare Health Services.

She has a B.S. in psychology from Centre College and an M.B.A. from the Georgia State University J. Mack Robinson College of Business.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 624 sales in University City during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $140,000.
