IBEW exec sells 4BD in University City

Mark and Cindy Brueggenjohann sold a four-bedroom, 1.5-bath home at 8325 Stanford Ave. in University City to the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers for $264,500 on Oct. 12.

The 1,660-square-foot house in the University City Central neighborhood was built in 1948.

Mr. Brueggenjohann has been the president of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, a company that represents workers from various fields such as construction, telecommunications, railroads and government.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 624 home sales in University City during the past 12 months, with a median price of $140,000.
