Lindsey and William Wulfing sold a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 604 Meadowridge Lane in Kirkwood to Amee J. Minton for $260,000 on Oct. 16.

Mr. Wulfing acquired the property in Sept. 2004. The 1,426-square-foot house in the Kirkwood Northeast neighborhood was built in 1951.

Ms. Wulfing has been the manager of global accounts at Helmsbriscoe, a meeting site selection company established in 1992. Prior to that, she was a property manager at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker and she worked as an assistant manager at Panera Bread.

She attended Southeast Missouri State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 462 home sales in Kirkwood during the past 12 months, with a median price of $187,500.
