Brian Button and his wife, Sharon, have listed for sale a two-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 2355 Baxton Way in Chesterfield for $350,000.

The Buttons acquired the house for $299,900 in Aug. 2005. The 2,222-square-foot house in the South of 64 neighborhood was built in 1976. Dorothy Midgley of Coldwell Banker Gundaker is the listing agent for the house.

Mrs. Button has served as a managing partner at Agile Solutions Group, an IT solutions company. She also served as an engineering lead at Rockwell Space Operations Co.

She received her B.S. in aerospace engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 500 sales in Chesterfield during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $304,900.
