SLU law professor lists 4BD in University City

Dennis and Adele Tuchler have listed for sale a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 7330 Kingsbury Blvd. in University City for $449,900.
The 2,474-square-foot house in the University City South neighborhood was built in 1932. Kim Carney of Coldwell Banker Premier is the listing agent for the home.
Mr. Tuchler is a professor of law at St. Louis University. He has been teaching for more than 40 years.
He holds a B.A. from Reed College and a J.D. from the University of Chicago.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 630 home sales in University City during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $143,500.
