Website design company architect buys in Town Country

Christopher C. Reifschneider and his wife, Julie, bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 771 Cedar Field Court in Town & Country from Faye S. Hakam and GRSW Stewart Real Estate for $425,000 on Oct. 22.

The 3,403-square-foot house in the Cedar Springs neighborhood was built in 1981.

Mr. Reifschneider is a managing partner and chief design architect at Strategic eCommerce Solutions, a provider of bank website design and marketing services. He joined the company in 2004.

He received his B.F.A. in graphic design from Southwest Missouri State University in 1990.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 192 home sales in Town & Country during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $691,563.
