David W. Ploch and his wife, Barbara, sold a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 719 Ridgewoods Manor Dr. in Ellisville to Christina and James Snyder for $285,000 on Oct. 27.
The 2,882-square-foot house in the Ellisville South neighborhood was built in 1992.
Mr. Ploch serves as the chief information officer and IT director at Novus International, an international animal health and nutrition company. In additional to that, he is also the principal at 2WheelTech, an online registration system and software for cycling and other events. Earlier, he worked as a technical architecture director at Pharmacia Deltec, Pfizer and Monsanto.
He studied computer science at the University of Missouri-Rolla and received his B.A. in mathematics from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 1978.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 198 home sales in Ellisville during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $220,000.
