The 5,159-square-foot house in the Wildwood Southwest neighborhood was built in 1986.

Dr. Strupel is an emergency medicine physician in St. Louis. He has been in medical practice for nearly 30 years.

He received his M.D. from the St. Louis University School of Medicine and completed his internal medicine residency at St. Louis University Hospital.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 706 home sales in Wildwood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $355,000.
