Mr. Macia is a senior planning analyst with the Anheuser-Busch Cos.

He earned his bachelor's degree in business administration, finance and marketing from St. Louis University and his M.B.A. from the Washington University Olin Business School.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 473 home sales in Kirkwood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $187,250.
