Mattress company exec sells Winchester 4BD

Jason and Susan Krull sold a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 601 Brook Meadow Dr. in Unincorporated Winchester to Philip and Stephanie Cotta for $312,500 on Nov. 2.

The Krulls paid $307,925 for the property in Sept. 2005. The 2,290-square-foot house was built in 2005.

Mr. Krull is the director of operations at the ROHO Group, a cushion and mattress company. Prior to joining ROHO, he held key positions at the Lear Corp. and he was a materials manager at Monarch Food Colors.

He earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia College of Business.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 273 home sales in Unincorporated Winchester during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $178,500.
