Real estate developer buys Ladue 4BD

Mostafa and Joyce Ezzelgot bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 1 Danfield Road in Ladue from Betsy F. Sleeper for $575,000 on Nov. 2.

The 2,549-square-foot house was built in 1950 in the Ladue South neighborhood.

Mr. Ezzelgot is the president of E&M Communities, a real estate development company based in Des Peres. He has been the president of Premier Builder Supply, a retail building supplies company.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 132 home sales in Ladue during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $527,500.
