Larry D. Hohl and his wife, Linda, sold a two-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 34 Wild Horse Way in Chesterfield to David Dicks and his wife, Karen Ernst, for $450,000 on Nov. 2.
The Hohls bought the property for $503,000 in April 2008. The 3,277-square-foot house in the South of 64 neighborhood was built in 1994.
Mr. Hohl is the president of the refractive centers at TLCVision Corp., an eye care services company. Previously, he served as chief executive officer at Spectrum Health Clubs, vice president of operations at Robeks Corp. and he worked in senior management positions at IBM, Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo. and Nike.
He earned a degree in business administration and marketing from Arizona State University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 516 home sales in Chesterfield during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $300,500.
