Pfizer scientist drops 4BD in Chesterfield

Xiang He and his wife, Haodan Yuan, sold a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 1754 Summer Lake Dr. in Chesterfield to Susan E. Winter for $293,000 on Nov. 2.

He and Yuan bought the property for $299,900 in June 2004. The 2,543-square-foot house in the South of 64 neighborhood was built in 1977.

Yuan is a principal scientist at Pfizer, a research based pharmaceutical company.

She attended the University of Waterloo.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 516 home sales in Chesterfield during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $300,500.
