Daniel L. Tegel and Caryn R. Staebler bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 17475 Manchester Road in Wildwood from Vision Development LLC for $615,000 on Nov. 3.

The 2,914-square-foot house was built in 2007 in the Wildwood Southwest neighborhood.

Tegel serves as a corporate director of project management and initiatives at Panera Bread. He has been a senior corporate director of business excellence at Seagate Technology, a global director of quality strategy at Motorola, the president of Breakthrough Performance Center and a senior manager in leadership institute at Boeing.

He earned a B.S. degree in psychology, his M.S. degree in clinical psychology and his Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology from Washington University.

Staebler is an organizational psychologist specializing in organization, team and leadership development. She is an executive coach and organizational development consultant at LeadershipDNA, a leadership consulting firm. Prior to this, she served as an organizational development vice president at Anacomp Inc. and she worked with Anheuser-Busch.

She earned a degree in psychology and economics from Framingham State College. She received her M.S. and Ph.D. in social and organizational psychology from St. Louis University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 453 home sales in Wildwood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $310,000.
