The 4,470-square-foot house was built in 1987 in the East of Hanley Rd. neighborhood.
Mr. Greenbaum was the dean of the Washington University John M. Olin Business School. He also worked as a visiting professor at the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management. Previously, he served on the faculty at the Kellogg School of Management for 20 years, was the director of the school's banking research center and he was the economics department chairman at the University of Kentucky.
He earned his B.S. degree in economics from New York University and his Ph.D. in economics from John Hopkins University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 179 home sales in Clayton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $465,000.
